Update 2026: I since moved home and used Chartwell again to replace windows, window glass and a door. They were once again great, offering cost effective solutions where the window frame didn’t need replacing. Installation was quick and the team great. Very pleased we used them a second time. Chartwell Home Solutions replaced all my windows and front door. From the get go they were brilliant, very responsive and explained all the options in great detail. We got a few quotes and they were the ones which made us feel like they were invested in doing the best job for us, not just getting it done. The installation was also seamless from my POV. The  team had a few issues (due to the house build) and dealt with everything and still finished on time and left everything cleaner than I did! They were friendly, personable and professional. Chartwell fitted a really lovely set of French doors fitted in our Garden Room in 2020, and came back this week to resit the packers so they closed smoothly. At the time service was quick, efficient and accurate and we've had no problems with the doors since. It's only over the 6 years that there's been a slight drop so the closure wasn't as smooth. Great experience with Chartwell who installed our new composite stable door. Excellent experience from getting the personalised quote from Robert through to a quick, tidy and very efficient installation. Made contact with Chartwell to get a quote for a new composite front door. Had a simple, no strings attached quote, followed up by a quick and easy home survey. We recently had another set of windows fitted by Chartwells and the experience was just as good as the first time we used them. The fitters turned up to the minute they said they would, were clean and tidy throughout, and did a really professional job. The new windows look great and we’ve already had lots of positive comments from people noticing them. There was a small issue with one window after installation, but Andy came back within a few days and sorted it straight away, which we really appreciated. Overall it was first class service from start to finish, from Dean in the office through to the fitting team. We’d happily recommend Chartwells and I’m sure we’ll be using them again when we replace the remaining windows in the future.
